I have literally traveled the world at the ripe old age of 66 and I can honestly tell you this is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. I had a big group of 15 of us on Saturday. They were very accommodating, I called in advance, and Christen - the owner called and recommended that I set at a different table, which is exactly the table we wanted, which was outstanding, but for him as the owner to call me the day before was pretty remarkable. We arrived for dinner, and again it was a big party. The service was fantastic. The food and atmosphere was unbelievable. We were there celebrating my new family and the Lord. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anybody and again this was the second time we’ve been there and I go up to the mountains from Denver at least once a month and I will be eating there again. Congrats to an outstanding staff that you’ve hired Christian and will see you soon.

We stumbled across this place what a gem.loved the service everyone was so nice. The food was amazing. Wish we had more time in this town. 2 4 1 martinis. And they have a golf cart they picks up and takes you to and from tge KOA we stayed at highest recommend this place

Fantastic find! Thanks to the owner of the Red River Hotel for the recommendation. Quaint and welcomimg atmosphere, very rustic yet cozy as hecc! The service was amazing - kind, attentive, and experienced. My server was a champ and read me well ^.^ tha k you Summer! The food... OMG it was incredible. You can tell its all handmade and fresh af - gourmet and made with love and culinary expertise like it should be ya know? Conpliments to the cooks y'all killin it! Had a "sex-in-the-desert" martini - you guys... amazing, they give you a whole shakers worth of martini, this was a tequila one and it was faaaabulousssss!!!! Anyway thanks for the meal and the good time y'all - was feeling a little down tonight and everything made my night better. Much thanks, much love - keep up the good work ^.^ I'll be back next time I'm out this way!!

I loved this place! A group of us stopped for dinner after a local recommendation which the restaurant certainly lived up to. Despite not having reservations, the wait wasn't long. Service was delightful and friendly. Food was amazing. Atmosphere was divine, please consider sitting outdoors. Stop here while in the area, you will love it.

Came back in to have dinner at Miners Claim tonight. This was always a frequent stop for us when we lived in town, but have since moved to Grand Junction. I was reminded tonight why this place is so wonderful, and it’s the people. Jennifer was our server… and she has been our server many times before. It’s like family there - so incredibly nice and personable. Thank you Jennifer for making our dinner night out with family such a wonderful experience.

We had amazing food, exceptional service, and relaxing time. Our server Jennifer(Jen) was friendly. So considerate to what was going on with her customers day. Sweet how she celebrated someone’s birthday interacted with their kids. The food and desserts were on point

Wow! This restaurant is located on main street in a old log home. A very small town with very friendly locals. The food is awesome. We had the steak and lobster and the pasta dish. Both were amazing. from the presentation to the delightful taste !! They have the largest martini list i have ever see anywhere in the US. ( Tuesday is 2 for 1 ). No well vodka here. Titos, Sky or kettle one. just $ 7 bucks on Tuesdays get you 2 !! incredible. we sat at the bar area than moved to a table. The service in both spots was so incredible. Have not experienced this level in MANY years. HIGHLY recommend this place.

Have seen this spot a few times and actually had time for lunch the last time we drove by. Despite it being a week day slightly after lunch rush hour (I had low expectations)... everything was on point! Wow, I was so impressed with the food, service, and unique cabin atmosphere. This would be a great date night spot and I look forward to coming back.
